SEHD TechTAs Project

I am working as a Graduate Technological Assistant for the School of Education and Human Developed at the University of Colorado Denver. The technological assistant team (TechTAs) is a recent initiative created to support faculty members in developing or improving their online or hybrid courses by pairing faculty members with graduate Teaching Assistants. My role is to assist assigned faculty members to develop their hybrid and online courses in two phases: the first semester we work together to identify faculty members’ needs and developing their online course, the following semester I continue providing support to the assigned faculty member. The approach is individualized. The goal of this initiative is to provide specific support focused on the faculty member’s goals, technical skills and interests for their courses.
